Can i get pregnant with an enlarged uterus?

I just had a pelvic exam an ultrasound. The doctor said i had a slight enlarged uterus, but i got a normal ultrasound, so no fibroids. i am only 19, so i aint close to menopause, and i dont have alot of pain. just an enlarged uterus. is this going to cause infertility problems and can it get fixed?
