I need potluck ideas for work!?

We are having a holiday potluck at work and I'm stuck as to what to bring. I've already done tortilla rollups, apple er bundt cake and sweet & sour meat (big hit, did them three times) and am looking for something different. I'm more of a 'maker' than a 'buyer'. There isn't an oven here to keep things warm, but of course I have my crock pot. About 60 people will be attending. Ideas?
