How do I block IM's from all users whose ID begin with the same letters (jimmy23456)eg.?

Say I wanted to stop unwanted IMS from someone who just signs in and creates another acct. but all they do is change the last part of their name for eg. (jimmy 2345, jimmy 2346, jimmy23456) How do I stop this kind of person from spamming me to the point I get booted?
