Help! I've deleted some videos from my digital camera memory stick; can I get them back?

I recently went to a U2 concert and took loads of videos, then I deleted some thinking they were just blurry photos, but they were videos! Is there any way I can get them back without paying for any software? My camera is a Sony Cybershot and my memory stick is a memory stick pro duo. Thanks.
