I have a triumph trident sprint sports with bt 54 tyres on it. Whats the best replacements for 2 up touring?

Different bike, but I like the Avon Azaro ST tyres on my Bandit 1200. They've been discontinued and replaced by Avon Storm ST, but I've heard a lot of good things about them, and have no hesitation in recommending them.
