Is it possible to upgrade the graphics card on the ADVENT 4211?

I would like to upgrade the graphics card on my ADVENT 4211 (rebranded MSI WIND U100). it currently is as stock with 80gb Hard drive and 2gb RAM. i know the graphics cards in laptops are normally souldered in but can this be byped?
