If you aren't running a fever, it's possibly just the "Seasonal crud" I've got that right now. If your phlegm comes out greenish or neon yellow you have an upper respiratory/sinus infection- it could p on it's own, but it could also turn into a brochial infection (Bronchitis) or Pneumonia.
