Does anyone know how to format the drive in the Ubuntu OS?

I am tierd of Ubuntu, sadly, it has caused many heartaches for my computer and me. I am switching to Windows XP again, and i found Palestine Vs. Can anyone tell me how to format the drive. I don't see the option when i start the computer with the disc in the Cd-rom drive. Much appreciated.
