Why is my computer keep shuting down with a blue screen?

Im in safe mode right now and some times this even shuts down plz help im preaty smart at computers like programs but not at hardware that much i think it mite be a trojan or the ram plz help me i dont want to have to pay lke 300 bucks for a technician.
