Verizon- some pictures wont save? being replaced with a question mark?

I just recently got the LG Verizon Voyager, and it seem sometimes when I take a picture it will save, then I will go back to the pictures to view it and the picture will be replaced with a question mark. This is starting to aggravate me because some of these pictures I really liked. How can I prevent this? Is there a way I can fix it and make my pictures reappear? Has this been happening to anyone else?
