I have hereditary bags under my eyes. how do i get them to go away?

i have hereditary bags under my eyes. not really bags but they are puffy and have a big long wrinkle under them. even when i get 10 hours of sleep, like i usually do, i still have them. and i'm only 13!! i know they are hereditary because my dad and grandma suffered from the same thing when the were younger and they still do. nothing works!! i've tried make up, but i do dance and cheer so it usually just sweats off. and i also have tried atleast 15 or 20 different creams. i don't know what i else i can do about them :[ but i always feel very ugly because of them. please help me :[ i can't go through the rest of my life looking like this.
