Does this sound like bronchitis and will my baby be ok?

I'm 30 weeks pregnant. Right before I found out I was pregnant I had this cough that wouldn't go away but I just figured it was a cold and thought it would eventually go away on its own. Now 30 weeks later for the past 3 months I have been coughing so hard that i'm constantly puking up phlym and sometimes even my food. There have been days where I haven't been able to keep any food down because my cough is so bad. I feel so tired and weak right now. My dr has prescribed a 5 day medication so i'm hoping that it works. I was just wondering if anyone else has gone through this and what does it sound like i have to you? Also will my baby be ok?
