How do I delete "Tour Windows XP" from my start menu?

I recently started a new user profile in Windows XP and no matter how many times I right click on the "Tour Windows XP" and "File and Settings Transfer Wizard" shortcuts and select "Remove from this list", they always reappear in my start menu. The Profile has all admin privileges and I've also tried simply viewing the tour and using the wizard, and still they always return. Any help?
