Help figuring out a movie?

I had seen this movie a few years back, I can't really remember much about it besides the fact it was an independent film, it was something about a murderer and he like based all his murders off of Edgar Allen Poe's stories and poems, it's killing me cause lately I've been wanting to watch it. I really wish I could give more Information on the movie, but that's about all I remember.
